These Terms govern your engagement with all offerings, content, services, and programs operated by Soma Wisdom, LLC, including but not limited to the Men of Substance™ program and all affiliated Sites and Services (“Programs”). By accessing or engaging with any part of our work, you agree to abide by these Terms.
By participating in any Soma Wisdom program or offering, you agree to the following principles:
Confidentiality & Respect
You treat all shared content, practices, and communications as private and sacred—not for distribution, reproduction, or external commentary.
Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your choices, interpretations, and results. We do not make guarantees or assume responsibility for your outcomes.
Integrity & Attribution
You honor the intellectual, energetic, and spiritual integrity of this work. You agree not to share, replicate, or reinterpret materials without full integration and express permission, with attribution to Soma Wisdom, LLC and Men of Substance™.
The work offered through Soma Wisdom, LLC is educational, transformational, and experiential in nature. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any mental, physical, or emotional condition.
We operate from a lineage of apprenticeship-based, somatic, spiritual, and intuitive learning and do not claim to provide therapy, medical services, or licensed healthcare. Our facilitators are not practicing as licensed therapists or clinicians unless explicitly stated.
All offerings are presented for educational and personal growth purposes only.
We are not a substitute for licensed therapy, psychiatry, or medical care. If you are currently in treatment for mental health conditions or have a history of psychiatric issues, we ask that you consult your care provider before engaging and inform us directly of your situation.
Participation in our Programs implies that you are capable of engaging in introspective and embodied work without undue risk to your mental health.
By engaging with our Programs, you acknowledge and agree that:
Soma Wisdom, LLC makes no claims, guarantees, or warranties about results or outcomes.
You release Soma Wisdom, LLC, its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability for decisions, interpretations, or actions you take in response to our content.
We do not offer legal, financial, therapeutic, or medical advice.
Our total liability under these Terms is limited to fees paid by you within the previous six (6) months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to:
Keep all shared materials, communication, recordings, methods, and group participant information confidential.
Use materials solely for your personal growth unless granted written permission for teaching or reproduction.
Not copy, record, distribute, or adapt any materials without explicit permission.
Not make defamatory, disparaging, or negative remarks about Soma Wisdom, LLC or any of its representatives, in any medium.
All content and materials are the intellectual and energetic property of Soma Wisdom, LLC, regardless of copyright registration status. This includes all written, audio, visual, verbal, energetic, and process-based transmissions.
Suggestions, feedback, or modifications made during Programs become the sole property of Soma Wisdom, LLC.
You acknowledge that this work carries energetic and spiritual dimensions. By engaging, you agree to:
Approach it with integrity and reverence
Avoid distortion, commodification, or misuse
Attribute insights appropriately if shared publicly
This clause affirms the non-material sacredness of the work, and your role as a respectful participant and steward of its transmission.
We collect personal information such as name, email, purchase history, and program participation for the purpose of service delivery, recordkeeping, and quality improvement.
Data is stored securely using industry-standard protection
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data
For EU Residents: We process data under the lawful basis of consent, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
For California Residents: You have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in a specific program offer.
Access to programs is granted upon receipt of full or agreed-upon payment.
Non-payment may result in suspension of access.
Soma Wisdom, LLC reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access at its sole discretion.
We welcome constructive feedback and are committed to resolving concerns in a respectful and professional manner.
All disputes will be handled in the following sequence:
Good faith discussion
Mediation (non-binding)
Binding arbitration, held in the State of Florida, USA
You agree not to pursue legal action prior to completing these steps.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to our website and become effective upon posting. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of any changes.
By engaging with any of Soma Wisdom, LLC’s programs or materials, you affirm that:
You understand and accept these terms
You are acting of your own volition
You are not relying on Soma Wisdom, LLC for therapy, legal, or medical outcomes
💠 1-on-1 Agreement
This agreement applies to all private 1-on-1 work with Rob Kancler through Soma Wisdom, LLC.
We work in two formats: Duration containers of 4 to 12 months or in blocks of 6 to 10 sessions.
For 6-10 session block, during your final session of a block, we’ll pause for a shared reflection to acknowledge your progress, revisit your goals, and review the possibility and nature of our continued work together.
Sessions are approximately 60 minutes, held via Zoom unless agreed otherwise ahead of time.
Unused sessions expire after 2 months of inactivity unless otherwise arranged in writing.
This is not therapy or medical care. Our sessions spiritual, somatic, and relational explorations intended to support your exploration of self and the journey of integrity.
You are responsible for your participation and your outcomes. No guarantees are made, and no clinical advice is given. You affirm you are emotionally and mentally stable enough to engage in this work with full responsibility.
All sessions are private. You agree not to share, reproduce, or teach any part of this work without explicit written consent.
By engaging, you agree to uphold the sanctity and energetic integrity of this space—and to honor the original sources of any insights, language, or methods you may carry forward.
• Full payment is required before beginning
• Refunds are not offered unless explicitly stated in the offer
• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited
• No-shows count as completed sessions
This agreement is governed by the broader Terms of Service of Soma Wisdom, LLC.
All disputes must first be addressed through good faith dialogue, then mediation, and if needed, binding arbitration in the State of Florida.
Liability is limited to the fees paid in your most recent session block.
By submitting payment or participating in a session, you affirm that:
• You’ve read and agreed to these terms
• You understand this is not therapy
• You take full responsibility for your experience and outcomes
🌿 Men of Substance Group Program Agreement
This agreement applies to all participants in the Men of Substance™ group program, offered by Rob Kancler through Soma Wisdom, LLC.
You agree to honor the privacy, dignity, and process of all participants. What is shared in group spaces—on calls, Discord, or any other container—is confidential and not for external discussion or disclosure.
No screenshots, recordings, or reposts may be made without written permission.
You agree to show up with honesty, presence, and respect for yourself, the group, and the work.
This program provides educational, somatic, and relational coaching. It is not therapy or medical care. Rob is not acting as a licensed mental health provider.
You are responsible for your engagement and your outcomes. No claims or guarantees are made. You affirm you are stable and resourced enough to participate responsibly.
Intake form. Each member agrees to complete the MoS Intake Form before joining. Please do it now or as soon as you can.
Exit survey. Each member agrees to complete an exit survey whenever they leave the container.
Consent and conception essentials. Each member agrees to read this short article about consent conception before we begin.
Confidentiality. Each member agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and to not share anyone else’s personal information in any way whatsoever.
Take responsibility. Each member agrees to own their experiences, assumptions, stories, and the results they create, and to allow others to do the same.
Honor yourself. Each member agrees to trust their limits, take responsibility for their needs and boundaries, and find supplementary support as needed. Each member takes full responsibility for their participation in activities that include physical movement, and personal sharing and reflection.
Honor others. Each member agrees to be courteous and respectful of one another.
No unsolicited advice. Each member agrees to not give unsolicited advice, including sharing how they may have “figured out” the “problem” the other person is having.
No gossip. Each member agrees to not gossip or use disparaging speech. While it may be useful to speak candidly about others who are not a part of this container, each member agrees to do so consciously.
Sharing and attribution: Each member agrees to only share program contents when permission has been given ahead of time. This includes materials, call recordings, and any activity on the Discord.
Discord engagement. Each member agrees to post in the private Discord at least once a week and to comment on other member’s posts (10 minutes per week.
Participation may be paused or revoked if these agreements are not honored.
• Full payment or agreed-upon plan is required for participation
• Missed calls are not refunded
• No refunds are offered unless explicitly stated in the offer
• Your access may be suspended if payments are not current
This agreement is governed by the broader Terms of Service of Soma Wisdom, LLC.
All disputes must follow a process of dialogue → mediation → arbitration in Florida.
Liability is limited to the fees paid in the most recent billing period.
By participating in the Men of Substance program, you affirm that:
• You understand and agree to these terms
• You are entering this container with full personal responsibility
• You respect the privacy and process of every man in the space
🧳 Retreats & In-Person Event Agreement
This agreement applies to all participants attending in-person events, retreats, intensives, or immersions facilitated by Rob Kancler through Soma Wisdom, LLC.
By attending an in-person event, you acknowledge that this work is physical, emotional, spiritual, and immersive. You are participating voluntarily and are solely responsible for your own experience, decisions, and wellbeing throughout the event.
You affirm that you are physically and mentally stable enough to engage with this work, and you take full responsibility for your health and personal choices.
By attending, you agree to waive any liability against Soma Wisdom, LLC, its staff, facilitators, or affiliates.
You understand that these events may include activities involving movement, breathwork, somatic practices, group processes, or emotional exploration, and that you participate at your own risk.
You are responsible for notifying the team of any injuries, allergies, medications, or relevant medical history prior to the event.
Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for your own travel and accommodation arrangements.
Soma Wisdom, LLC is not liable for any travel delays, cancellations, injuries, illnesses, or losses associated with your trip.
You agree to:
• Respect the space, other participants, and the energetic container
• Honor confidentiality and consent at all times
• Use phones and devices mindfully, if at all
• Refrain from substances unless explicitly part of the container and approved beforehand
• Speak directly and respectfully if issues arise
Participants who compromise the safety or integrity of the container may be asked to leave without refund.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Cancellations are subject to the refund terms in the offer
• If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another eligible participant (with approval)
This agreement is governed by the broader Terms of Service of Soma Wisdom, LLC.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific event. All disputes must follow the process of dialogue → mediation → arbitration in the State of Florida.
By registering and attending an in-person event, you affirm that:
• You understand and agree to these terms
• You are responsible for your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing
• You respect the space, the work, and your fellow participants
💳 Payment & Refund Policy
This section outlines the general payment terms and refund policies that apply to all offerings under Soma Wisdom, LLC unless a specific offer states otherwise.
Full payment is required in advance for all session blocks, programs, and events unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment plans may be offered for select programs, with clear terms provided at time of enrollment.
Failure to complete agreed-upon payments may result in suspension of access to services until resolved.
Refunds are not offered unless explicitly stated in the terms of the specific offer.
All purchases are considered final. Please enroll only when you feel aligned and ready.
If a refund policy exists for a specific program, it will be clearly disclosed in writing before purchase.
For 1-on-1 work, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited.
Group programs and retreats typically do not offer refunds for missed sessions or unused portions.
All policies are in place to protect the integrity of this work, the structure of the containers, and your own commitment to your process. If extenuating circumstances arise, you’re welcome to reach out to discuss options in good faith.
