Password

When you register with Bedroom Genius you will be asked to choose a password. It is therefore your duty to keep your password secure at all times and not disclose your password to any third party. You also agree not to misuse another member’s password, account or user name at any time. You are solely responsible for the use of your account. In the event of your username being similar or impersonates someone else’s, or is protected by trademark, is offensive or vulgar which we find inappropriate, we may refuse that username.

Term

Termination of your membership with Bedroom Genius can be made at any time, for any reason. If your account has been terminated, you will need to follow the instructions on the Contact us page to send us an enquiry.

Fees

Bedroom Genius reserves the right to charge for the services and to change its fees from time to time. Bedroom Genius will inform members in advance if there is an increase in fees. Members will be informed by posting the changes on the front page or an email would be sent to members alerting you of the change.

If Bedroom Genius finds you in breach of these Terms and Conditions, you shall not be refunded any unused portion of the subscription fees.
